Data deletion instructions

If you have messaged Ugo Chukwu (Ethercess) on Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or email, you can ask for the information MyOS Messaging holds about you to be deleted.

How to request deletion

1. Email ugo@ethercess.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the platform and your username or number (for example, your Instagram username), so we can find your conversation.
3. We confirm by reply and delete your conversation records, profile details and related notes within 30 days.

Removing access through Instagram or Facebook

You can also remove the app from your Instagram or Facebook settings under Apps and websites. That stops new information being shared. To delete information already stored, please also send the email above.

What is deleted

Your messages and our replies, your profile details (name, username and platform ID), and any notes or booking details linked to your conversation. Messages remain in your own Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or email inbox, which are controlled by those platforms.
