Privacy policy

MyOS Messaging is a private tool used by Ugo Chukwu (Ethercess) to read and reply to messages that people send to his own business accounts, including Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email. It is not offered to other businesses. This policy explains what information it handles when you message one of those accounts.
What we collect
- Messages you send to Ugo's accounts, including text and links to any media you attach.
- Your public profile details provided by the platform, such as your name, username and platform-scoped ID.
- Replies sent to you, message timestamps, and delivery or read status.
- Details you choose to share in the conversation, such as your company, needs, or an email address for booking a call.
How we use it
- To reply to you, including with help from an AI assistant that drafts or sends replies on Ugo's behalf.
- To understand your enquiry and, if you ask, book a call through Cal.com.
- To keep a record of the conversation so Ugo can follow up.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers
Information is processed by Meta (Instagram), Unipile (WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email connectivity), OpenAI (generating reply drafts), Supabase (database), Railway (hosting) and Cal.com (scheduling), only to provide the uses above.
Retention and security
Conversation records are kept while they are useful for following up on your enquiry, and deleted on request. Access is restricted to Ugo, connections are encrypted, and platform access tokens are stored encrypted.
Your choices
You can ask to see or delete your information at any time. See the data deletion page or email ugo@ethercess.com. You can also stop messaging the account at any time.
